The Propeller Club of the United States was formed in 1922 with a cross-section of the marine and maritime industry and those interested in preservation, development, and safety of ports. The Port of Louisville Propeller Club’s mission is to promote, further and support an American Merchant Marine and to aid the development of river, Great Lakes and harbor improvements.
